BackgroundWorked in Finance & Audit at ERNST & YOUNG. Was Chief Financial Officer (2003-2011) then Chief Executive Officer at BALMAIN (2012 until April 2017). Led the company through the bankruptcy in 2004 and was part of the management team that help restructure and turnaround the company. Helped relaunch BALMAIN with a new women's ready to wear collection leading to a European market focus in France, UK, and Italy in 2006. Led the company through a 10 years period of growth with the extension of businesses to Asia and to the USA and the development of Men ready to wear, E Commerce and Kids ready to wear and accessories. Initiated the creation of a second line PIERRE BALMAIN, fully manufactured in China/Asia and distributed in more than 10 cities. After ten years working at BALMAIN, the house was present in more than 300 wholesale accounts around the world, had developed a profitable and strong e-commerce activity, and was operating 16 stores. Turnover was multiplied by 35, with an EBITDA ratio reaching 28%.
